I recently had the pleasure of working with the admirable DJ + public personality, Justincredible, and enjoyed every week of the design process on this one. Towering above the newly upgraded heart of Hollywood; incorporating the ultimate Hypebeast, Coveteur, and Pop Art -esque details, it was refreshing working on a masculine space that started with a completely blank canvas in regards to furniture + fixtures + wall, window, and floor treatments — but gave me some pretty amazing existing stylistic pieces to work with.
This particular project was such a fulfilling one for two reasons:
ONE: the profoundly positive and genuine energy of the client.
and TWO: the creative freedom to design a unique and personally sophisticated vibe.
Sticking to an ever BE. -approved contemporary neutral palette (of course), textures pop via bone inlay stripes, brass accents, black mud cloth, leather fringe, life via potted succulents and olive trees, cement, iron, lacquer, wood, linen, and the great taste in personal pops of eclectic collectible color.
If I were today’s bachelor, this would definitely be my home.
